Mit der Singschule St. Johannes haben Kinder- und Jugendchöre eine über 40jährige Tradition in unserer Gemeinde St. Johannes am Preysingplatz in München-Haidhausen. Mit dem Kinderchorfestival Haidhauser Kinderchorwochen feierten wir erstmals 2019 diese Tradition mit drei herausragenden Chören. Jedes Jahr lädt Kantor Johannes Janeck zudem deutsche und internationale Kinder- und Jugendchöre (u.a. schola cantorum weimar, Wolfratshauser Kinderchor, Windsbacher Knabenchor, Chapel Choir Monmouth School of Boys) nach München ein.

With the "St. Johannes Singschule", children's and youth choirs have a tradition of over 35 years in our St. Johannes church at Preysingplatz in Munich-Haidhausen. With the children's choir festival Haidhauser Kinderchorwochen we celebrated this tradition for the first time in 2019 with three outstanding choirs. Every year, cantor Johannes Janeck also invites children and youth choirs from all over Germany (e.g. schola cantorum weimar, Wolfratshauser Kinderchor, Windsbacher Knabenchor) to Munich.
